We want you to love your Coconut Lane treats, but if you're not 100% satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.

Return Process

  Ensure your items are in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached before starting your return.

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items and include the packing slip provided in the portal to ensure our warehouse team can identify your order.

  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at your nearest local post office and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
